Which month is white history month?

It's a bit patronising to "allow" black people to have a month to share their history, isn't it?
Besides it's February, the shortest month of the year (but that's another discussion and it's not the point of this entry), but to segregate black history as a whole from "white" or plain American history sounds a bit odd, since the whole movement was to make american society an inclusive society, but they are not being fully integrated to the "American" society, in fact, they are being segregated again, the differences between those terms are explained in the following picture.

Why not include "Black" history within just "American" history?
This is the main subject of this whole discussion, we souldn't be labeling people, we share a common culture and history, that weaves with other peoples culture and history and that's what gives us an identity to teach the younger generations, but as a whole, not as "different histories".

And to wrap this entry up, an enterview with Morgan Freeman's view on the subject.

  1. It is amazing how they think they are doing inclusion, when in reality we are far from that and what we do rather is segregation or maybe integration. The idea ought to be fairness, I feel that integration is still discrimination, but in a less badly way. It's like: "ok, you're like me but hey! You're still different so accept these different ways for you"

    P.S: February? Really? hahaha
